no internet connection for 3 days…
life seems incomplete without an internet connection… I spent at least 2 hours total on the phone talking to Globe Broadband’s technical helpdesk asking and arguing why i don’t have internet connection…they were apologetic and emphatic but what can those apologies do? the damage has been done… all they did was file a report, and schedule a technical visit that would be within 24 hours…to check to see if my DSL modem’s broken or something… I repeatedly told them there’s nothing wrong with my modem… because an on-site technician just checked it 4 days earlier… the problem is within their system or the facilities in our area… maybe an outage or something.. I wanted answers but that was the best the could give me…they did the usual SOP of checking cables, lights on my modem…hahaha! then another technical helpdesk agent hung up on me…I don’t know if he pressed the wrong button or was just pissed off at me. Im not mad at those agents personally… I’m frustrated because I’m not receiving the service that I paid for. The problem is within their system or the facilities in our area… I don’t know really know…

for 3 days…

the usual chatting with Globe Broadband’s technical helpdesk, playing with my PS2 to pass the time and to maintain my sanity. stuffing my mouth with food, an intense caffeine laced experience…

for 3 days…

hahaha! been quite busy.. huh!oh yeah!… it even included my usual coffee indulgences, eating galore, feeding frenzy with chips and dips, never ending Coca-cola splurging… Lucky Me Pancit Canton, Jollibee take-outs, Shakey’s Mojo Potatoes, Andok’s Liempo helped maintain my sanity… Life is a picnic… it’s good to turn a bad situation and make the best of it…make it a happy one…

well what’s new with the globe broadband or any business services, they all sucks!!! poor service like the cables, phone, dsl, name it…..it’s really annoying, even if you complain thru their supervisor, it’s all nonsense, the only solution is to indulge yourself to other things….do your stuff, eating galore,etc…..

i love the site killerj…….more enhancement soon….sayonara!!!!!!!!
